With a long Pole Lathe turned & incised cylindrical Body & standing on a beautifully patinated conical flared foot.
The Mortar showing good age & wear from years of honest & regular domestic use in which time it has acquired a superb colour & patina.
Could quite possibly be English or from one of its colonies.
