Returns Policy

Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from Bambinos Celebration Boutique's website, you may return unused products in their original packaging with labels still attached within 21 days of receipt (the 21 days start from the day of dispatch) for a full refund, less the original postage amount paid.

For your own peace of mind we recommend that you use an established courier company, with recorded delivery. We do not accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for the goods. Please note: all return postage charges are to be met by the customer, unless returning due to a fault with the garment.

If you are returning a faulty item to us you can email us with an image of the fault to info@bambinoscelebrationboutique.com (link available in contact us section of the website) where we can quickly assess the fault.  The item then needs to be returned to us and upon receipt of the item a refund for the item and the return costs can be arranged once an investigation has been concluded and the fault deemed acceptable.

We can only accept returns delivered to us.

Please include a covering letter containing the order number (this can be found on your original order confirmation email) and account information including details of the action you wish us to take with your return.

Please note: Orders placed during the Christmas period (1st December - 1st January) are exempt from this and have until the 18th January. A refund request will be actioned within 5 working day from receipt.
