Georgian Folk Art - Circa 1800. Aquired from Scotland is this very rare form of spatulay/bannock turner (a bannock being an unleavened form of flat bread, traditionally made in Scotland. Made from a piece of sheet brass, the spatulas turning blade is in the form of a heart, possibly intended as a gift for a loved one.
