History
18th Century - a fabulous quality large fire size Trevet or Footman. The wrought iron base having flared front leg detail, supporting a heavy cast brass open scrolling vine strap work design top. This extremely rare blacksmith Trivet probably dating to Circa 1760 is in superb condition and is a very impressive example of its type! (NB: flare foot has slight movement).
