A truly exceptional Whale oil Lamp in fantastic condition. Dutch or English and Dating from around 1780.

The whole constructed from Hammered sheet Brass & of rolled & seamed construction. 

The CONICAL BASE is SAND WEIGHTED so it could be either wall mounted or free standing. The Brass showing a superb rich colour. This Lamp is one of the best examples i have come across. A top example.
